this is why you have schools merging the student figure i believe. it seems that the school will first attract students in its green area or students closest to it.Īnd when those students have graduated it will attract students from abroad or outside the green area. it will cover the immediate area around it or the green high lighted path which you can see. and stay full as the students graduate from it. I noticed that if you have only 1 school it will be full.

So maybe the trick is to keep the schools at maximum capacity? And it pretty much stayed like that until I expanded again. But when I placed another elementary school in a different region, both schools only used half the capacity. I had a small city (about 6K) with only one elementary school, and that school seemed to always be full. How full are your schools? I've also had the no uneducated workers problem before, but I noticed the education loads seems to split fairly even between schools, even if they are very far apart. oh i have the boost education policy on those neighborhood also. have maybe about 15k cims in a neighborhood. I build about 3 to 4 elementary schools, 2 high schools and 1 university in a residential neighborhood. The only problems i have at the moment are fires burning my forestry down ,mostly due to traffic i guess. my forestry being abandoned or any form of industry being bankrupt or abandoned. Same here just get the workers needed as a whole request, nothing about types of workers also never had a problem with.
